POLCAST, which has been continuing its work and production focusing on 100% customer satisfaction since the day it was founded. We as a POLCAST team produce pik, nodular iron, steel and machining cast with its expert staff and technical equipment.
Its production is carried out in an automatic molding line and all kinds of analyzes and tests have continued within its own company with R&D investments and studies.It has taken its sensitivity to quality control one step forward by subjecting its products to tests such as chemical analysis and hardness metallography in a laboratory environment. With its automatic molding line, sand preparation system, induction furnaces, processing benches, sandblasting and cleaning machines, it offers much higher quality products to its customers with an annual capacity of 5000.
Quality has been the primary value in all phases from inlet of raw material to outlet of products in its factory built on an area of 6,000 square meters in Konya, 3rd Organized Industrial Zone. In this sense, it manufactures in accordance with TSE Turkish standards and TS EN 1561 - TS EN 1563 European standards. The company, which has also developed its management system with ISO 9001 quality system assurance, 14001 environment and 18001 occupational health and safety certificates, has determined its primary goal to meet the product demands of you, the valued customers.
